Just watched 3 hours of sports on TV. Loved it so much. I’m not an academic, creative or artistic guy. I belong to the sports arena.
Watched table tennis and i miss this game so much. The China players are so technically gifted and their strokes are just so fluid. It is not an easy game to play, so much tophand spin to generate during the rallies at times..
Really love to see whenever an attacking player plays a defensive chopper. This kind of match ups are usually the longest. For the attacking player, got to choose when is the best time to attack and have patience to know that every ball you attack, a return is always to be expected. Got to really have lots of patience and willpower in you to overcome the defensive chopper. Though these games are tough and this type of players are rare, i always love to play against them simply because i love to attack. Played a few times during my junior career, had some good wins and bad losses. Looking back, i felt that i could have played this game using more of my brain.. So much strategy to be considered.. Best sport ever to be invented in my opinion..
Caught up the match Milan against Parma as well. 4-0 is the scoreline at the San Siro. Great consolation on Starhub TV even though i can’t watch the BPL right now. Cassano, Seedorf and Robino (two goals) were the scorers. Milan is not Ibra-dependant at the end of the day. Adriano Galliani must be one of the wisest owners in football. What a great servant he is in this club. Van Bommel, Emmanuelson, Robinho, Ibrahimovic, Cassano are great captures for the club and it has definitely shift Milan to another gear. So much depth and experience in the squad. I guess this team greatest enemy is themselves now. All the players basically won everything in their career already.. They have tasted so much success and it’s up to them whether how much they want it now to win titles for themselves and the club again. Pirlo, Nesta, Gattuso, Seedorf just to name a few have basically won everything what football has to offer. But they remain great servants of this club.
A pity that Liverpool’s run has been ended by Wigan on this weekend. But you can’t always win week in and week out. This team just needs to keep building and working. Looking at their first team, they are still lacking in many departments. You cant be the top team in the premier with such a poor midfield Liverpool is having right now. There was Lucas, Aurelio, Maxi, Meireles today for the match. No creativity, no world class players. Credit to all these players but to win, you need a match winner. Let’s not talk about Xavi, Messi or Ronaldo… Liverpool need at least an Ashley Young or Charlie Adams to add strength.. A player needs to come in to free Gerrard up so that he can enjoy a free role like what Messi or Sneijder are doing at their respective clubs now. Gerrard is sitting too deep in his own half recently and Liverpool can’t score too many goals if you want him sitting in his own half most of the times and expecting him to score some terrific volleys from corner kicks or drilling in from free kick ranges all the time. But i believe what Dalglish is doing. Sometimes we are just a fan or supporter at the outest radius of the club and the comments and advices given are usually based on our surface opinions and knowledge of the insides that the club is dealing with right now. Therefore, we have to trust the management and owners always in running the club as much as we believe Jesus is in control over every situation in our lives. Haha..
